The November and December zoning committee meetings have been rescheduled due to the holidays.
The new meeting dates are Nov 19 and Dec 17. All requests for zoning changes (including appropriate documentation) must be received no later than one week in advance.
The WBNA Zoning Committee meets on the last Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM in the American Banc Financial building, 2059 N. Western Ave.

Would you like a zoning change?
To obtain a zoning change in the West Bucktown neighborhood, you'll need to present your project to the WBNA Zoning, Planning and Development Committee.In order to get on the Committee's agenda, you should complete a Zoning Change Data Sheet and submit it to the Zoning Committee for review along with all other documentation as required on the Zoning Change Checklist.
In some circumstances the Committee may request that you have a Community Meeting. In all proposals for buildings containing 4 or more units, a Community Meeting, as set forth in the Community Meeting Guidelines will be mandatory.
