WBNA Board of directors Applications Now being accepted
The WBNA Board of Directors is an all-volunteer group of West Bucktown residents dedicated to serving as a catalyst for positive change in our community.
There are no special requirements or skills necessary to become a WBNA Board member – all we ask is that you bring your opinions, energy, and enthusiasm to the table; that you reside or own a business within our boundaries; and that you’re committed to giving us at least two years of service. The Board meets for approximately two hours each month (currently the second Monday of every month). On average, most Board members log at least 3-5 hours a month on various Board duties and activities. We also expect Board members to make a good-faith effort to attend as many WBNA events as possible throughout the year.
While we all wear a specific hat in terms of the leadership we bring to the Board, we also come together as a cross-functional team to get things done. We welcome your input and suggestions for how you might best contribute to the ongoing success of the West Bucktown Neighborhood Association.
